The Rowan School Team
Our specialist and experienced team comprise of teachers, tutors, higher level teaching assistants and teaching assistants who work together to provide inspirational and outstanding education to all learners at our school. Whatever their needs, learners are supported academically, socially, emotionally and mentally to build their self-confidence levels, self-esteem and self-belief. This ensures they able to engage and enjoy their education.
All staff who work with learners receive training in areas such as safeguarding, PREVENT, ‘Team Teach’, and mental health.
Senior Leadership Team
Our dedicated Senior Leadership Team oversees the running of the school, staff management, school curriculum and safeguarding.

Our teachers and tutors are highly specialist professionals, who are passionate about ensuring children make excellent progress from their starting points.

Our learning support team underpin the additional support children require to learn successfully.
Administration and Finance
Our Administrator and Finance Officer is Ami Postin, she is also a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
School Advisory Panel
Our Independent School Advisory Panel provide objective advice on all areas of the school’s activities, to aid our development.
